Senior Technical Recruiter, Applications Engineering

This role is based in either our San Francisco or Seattle office. We offer relocation support and use a hybrid work model.

Compensation:

$240K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Manage stakeholder expectations for top-of-funnel initiatives across various engineering domains.
• Partner with executives to understand hiring needs.
• Design strategic sourcing plans and enhance candidate experience.
• Source technical talent through outreach and events.

• 8+ years of recruiting experience in tech environments.
• Proven success in hiring competitive technical talent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
