Senior Technical Recruiter, Applications Engineering

This role is based in either our San Francisco or Seattle office with a hybrid work model.

Compensation:

$240K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Manage stakeholder expectations for recruitment across various technical domains.
• Partner with executives to understand hiring needs and design strategic sourcing plans.
• Own the candidate experience from initial engagement through the interview process.
• Source technical talent through creative outreach and events.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth tech environments.
• Proven success in hiring niche technical talent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
