This role is based in San Francisco, CA, with a hybrid schedule (three days per week in office). Regular travel is expected (~30%).

Compensation:

$207K – $230K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee production for OpenAI’s flagship conference, managing event flow, stage production, and vendors.
  • Lead cross-functional production meetings to ensure clear ownership and accountability.
  • Manage stage productions and collaborate with creative teams to execute impactful experiences.
  • Track budgets and financials, ensuring events stay within allocated limits.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in production or event management.
  • Experience producing large-scale events with operational complexity.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets.
