Senior Legal Program Manager (Hardware Compliance)

This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$216K – $240K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Lead global compliance for hardware launches, ensuring products meet regulatory and consumer law obligations.
  • Monitor and manage global regulatory requirements for hardware.
  • Own requirements tracking for physical product compliance.
  • Drive launch readiness for warranties and consumer terms.
  • Identify risks and drive cross-functional resolution strategies.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience managing programs at a fast-paced technology company.
  • Deep experience building and scaling hardware compliance programs.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
