Senior L&D Enablement Program Manager

This role is based in San Francisco, with a hybrid work model of three days in the office and optional work from home on Thursdays and Fridays.

Compensation:

$200K – $260K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain learning management systems.
  • Develop toolkits and playbooks for consistent delivery of learning programs.
  • Build scalable systems for onboarding and manager development.
  • Analyze data to measure program impact and drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline learning requests.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in learning operations or program management.
  • Proven ability to design scalable learning systems.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Experience with LMS platforms, ideally Sana.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on actionable insights.
