Research Engineer / Machine Learning Engineer - Applied Voice

This role is based in San Francisco.

Compensation:

$295K – $445K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced machine learning models for speech applications.
• Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to deliver AI-powered solutions.
• Implement scalable data pipelines and optimize models for performance.
• Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure they deliver value.

Requirements:

• Master's/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Experience with deep learning and transformer models.
• Proficiency in frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
