About the Role:
As the Manager, GTM Recruiting, you will lead a team of recruiters responsible for driving hiring across Sales and Technical Success, and GTM roles in North America.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of GTM recruiters.
- Collaborate with GTM leaders and HR partners to align hiring strategies.
- Implement and optimize scalable recruiting processes.
- Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of business recruiting experience with at least 3+ years in a management role.
- Experience in both startup and large-scale environments.
- Data-driven mindset with exceptional communication skills.
Compensation:
$266K – $295K + Offers Equity
