Recruiting Manager, B2B

Location: San Francisco

Compensation:

$266K – $295K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Recruiters.
• Collaborate with leaders to align hiring strategies.
• Implement scalable recruiting processes.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics.
• Manage high-impact requisitions for B2B leadership roles.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of business recruiting experience.
• 3+ years in a people management role.
• Experience in both startup and large-scale environments.
• Expertise in global GTM recruiting.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
