Recruiting Manager, Applied AI Engineering

Compensation:

$240K – $295K + Offers Equity

About the Role:

As the Recruiting Manager for Applied AI Engineering, you will lead and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcers dedicated to hiring exceptional technical staff.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the development of a high-performing technical recruiting team.
• Partner with organization leaders to design and execute hiring strategies.
• Develop relationships with key technical leaders and hiring managers.
• Elevate the candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Leverage data to optimize recruiting efforts.
• Champion diversity and inclusion in hiring.

What We’re Looking For:

• 15+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 7+ years in a management role.
• Strong background in technical recruiting for engineering and machine learning roles.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with technical acumen.
• Commitment to driving diversity in hiring.
