Recruiting Infrastructure Manager

This role is based in San Francisco with a hybrid work model: three days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$216K – $295K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Systems & Enablement Leads and manage recruiting workflows.
  • Own the recruiting tech stack lifecycle, including vendor management and tool audits.
  • Drive operational efficiency and improve user experience through better workflow design.
  • Partner with leadership on recruiting metrics and analytics.
  • Establish data quality standards and governance.
  • Collaborate on integrations across various systems.
  • Implement automation and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Manage change and enablement processes.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in recruiting operations or related fields.
  • Experience with TA systems and optimizing tech stacks.
  • Ability to operationalize metrics and build dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with integrations and system changes.
  • Strong track record in data quality and accountability.
  • Excellent judgment and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Curiosity about automation and AI solutions.
