Recruiter, User Operations

This role is based in Seattle, with options for remote work within the U.S.

Compensation:

$216K – $240K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for User Operations roles.
• Develop targeted hiring strategies with User Operations leaders.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong experience in User Operations or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills.
