$172.8K – $240K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for User Operations roles.
• Develop targeted hiring strategies with User Operations leaders.
• Drive top-of-funnel talent strategy and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience and uphold diversity in hiring practices.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring for User Operations, Trust & Safety, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with ATS and modern recruitment tools.
