Recruiter, User Operations

This role is based in New York City, with options for remote work within the U.S.

Compensation:

$216K – $240K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for User Operations roles.
• Partner with User Operations leaders to develop hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience and uphold diversity commitments.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially in high-growth companies.
• Strong experience in User Operations, Trust & Safety, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
