This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$240K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for robotics roles across engineering, hardware, operations, and cross-functional domains.
  • Build and maintain high-quality pipelines through a mix of outbound sourcing and inbound assessment.
  • Partner closely with executives and senior ICs to refine searches and evaluate candidates.
  • Guide candidates through a clear, thoughtful, and organized process.
  • Close candidates with confidence and provide strong counsel on timing, trajectory, and role fit.
  • Maintain reliable operational rigor across documentation, scheduling, and communication.

Requirements:

  • Strong full-cycle recruiting foundations.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and anticipate stakeholder needs.
  • Experience supporting early-stage teams or startups.
