Recruiter, Go To Market

This role is remote within the U.S. with occasional visits to HQ.

Compensation:

$136.8K – $192K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles, including identifying talent needs and negotiating offers.
• Work with business leaders to develop proactive hiring strategies.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience and uphold diversity and inclusion commitments.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compensation teams for compliance.
• Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Advise hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and candidate evaluation.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in high-growth companies.
• Strong track record of hiring for GTM roles.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms.
