Compensation:
$136.8K – $192K + Offers Equity
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles, including identifying talent needs and negotiating offers.
- Work with business leaders to develop proactive hiring strategies.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience and uphold diversity and inclusion commitments.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compensation teams for compliance.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates.
- Advise hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and candidate evaluation.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in high-growth companies.
- Strong track record of hiring for GTM roles.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms.
