This role is remote within the U.S., with occasional visits to HQ.

Compensation:

$136.8K – $192K + Offers Equity

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles.
• Work with business leaders to develop hiring strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience while upholding diversity and inclusion.
• Collaborate with internal teams for compliance and operational excellence.
• Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing and candidate evaluation best practices.

We’re Seeking:

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong track record in hiring for GTM roles.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms.
