Compensation:

$216K – $240K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for the Forward Deployed Engineering team.
  • Develop proactive hiring strategies with business leaders.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compensation teams for compliance.
  • Advise hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and candidate evaluation.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth companies.
  • Strong track record of hiring top 1% talent.
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency with ATS and modern recruitment tools.
