Compensation:
$216K – $240K/year + Offers Equity
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for the Forward Deployed Engineering team.
- Develop proactive hiring strategies with business leaders.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Compensation teams for compliance.
- Advise hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and candidate evaluation.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth companies.
- Strong track record of hiring top 1% talent.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with ATS and modern recruitment tools.
