Recruiter, Forward Deployed Engineering

This remote role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for the Forward Deployed Engineering team.

Compensation:

$172K – $216K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing and closing candidates.
• Develop proactive hiring strategies with business leaders.
• Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience and compliance throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in high-growth companies.
• Strong track record of hiring top 1% talent.
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms.
