Recruiter, Forward Deployed Engineering

This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for the Forward Deployed Engineering team, including sourcing, managing the recruitment process, and closing candidates.
• Work directly with business leaders to understand departmental objectives and develop proactive hiring strategies.
• Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and tools to attract and engage top-tier candidates.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as HR, Legal, and Compensation for compliance and operational excellence.
• Provide expert advice to hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and candidate evaluation.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in high-growth companies.
• Strong track record of hiring top 1% talent.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse teams.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms such as Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.
