Recruiter, Forward Deployed Engineering - London

This role is based in London, UK with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for the Forward Deployed Engineering team.

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth companies.
• Strong track record of hiring top 1% talent.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse teams.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms like Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.
