Readiness & Enablement Lead, SMB Sales

Compensation:
$239K - $265K/year
Responsibilities:
- Build and scale global onboarding, readiness, and certification frameworks across SMB sales vendors.
- Create role-based onboarding paths and knowledge checks for vendor sellers.
- Monitor ramp quality and certification performance to identify risks early.
- Partner with various teams to diagnose and close execution gaps.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in sales enablement or training operations.
- Experience supporting outsourced sales teams or large distributed sales organizations.
- Strong understanding of sales funnel performance and quality frameworks.
