Readiness & Enablement Lead, SMB Sales

This role will be based in San Francisco, CA or New York City, with regular travel required.

Compensation:

$239K - $265K/year

Responsibilities:

  • Build and scale global onboarding, readiness, and certification frameworks across SMB sales vendors.
  • Create role-based onboarding paths and knowledge checks for vendor sellers.
  • Monitor ramp quality and certification performance to identify risks early.
  • Partner with various teams to diagnose and close execution gaps.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales enablement or training operations.
  • Experience supporting outsourced sales teams or large distributed sales organizations.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel performance and quality frameworks.
