About the Role:

The Program Manager executes Technology Capital Builds by bridging the gap between Real Estate and Workplace Services, Corporate IT, Corporate Security, and other partner teams to design and deliver technical solutions for capital build outs.

Responsibilities:

  • Cross-functional coordination between internal teams and vendors.
  • Manage design, bid, implementation, commissioning, and handover processes.
  • Develop drawing packages and specification narratives.
  • Manage project schedules and executive communications.
  • Identify and mitigate project delivery risks.

Requirements:

  • Strong project and program management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of architectural design and commercial real estate construction processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
