This role is based in San Francisco, CA, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$162K - $240K/year

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate cross-functional safety launch readiness across model and product releases.
  • Build operating rhythms across teams to improve automated safeguards and review processes.
  • Design and run key internal programs, including incident management.
  • Work with technical stakeholders to create scalable safety processes.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, management, or equivalent experience.
  • Track record of delivering high-profile, complex projects.
  • Technical expertise and experience partnering with engineering teams.
  • Strong knowledge of content integrity and moderation best practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
