Program Manager, Product Policy

This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$261K – $335K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Own and improve Product Policy’s core operational processes.
• Build and maintain systems to measure progress and ensure accountability.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution with various partners.
• Support priority initiatives by organizing workplans and driving follow-ups.
• Develop tools and documentation to enhance team efficiency.
• Translate policy requirements into operational steps.

Requirements:

• Experience in running operational programs in cross-functional environments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with policy and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to execute independently while escalating issues appropriately.
• Background in policy or trust and safety.
