Program Manager, Partner Operations

This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$162K – $240K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of critical partner-facing operational workflows.
  • Build and improve processes, tools, and automations that increase team efficiency.
  • Manage day-to-day execution against partner commitments with attention to detail.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and innovation in operations.
  • Manage inquiries from both technical and non-technical partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience in strategy & operations, program management, or similar roles.
  • Engineering background or strong technical fluency.
  • Excellent communication skills across various formats.
  • Curiosity about the evolving AI landscape.

Tech stack:

  • Experience with vibe coding tools, agentic models, or OpenAI LLM APIs (e.g., Codex).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
