Program Manager, M&A Recruiting | People

This role is based in San Francisco, utilizing a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$162K – $240K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale the M&A People XFN workstream program.
• Build playbooks and processes to support deal volume and complexity.
• Enhance candidate experience through events and onboarding.
• Partner with senior leaders and navigate sensitive situations.
• Conduct post-mortem retrospectives for continuous improvement.

We're Seeking:

• 6+ years of industry experience, with 4+ years in program management for M&A.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse stakeholders.
