Program Manager, M&A Recruiting | People

This role is based in San Francisco or remote within the SF Bay Area.

Compensation:

$216K – $240K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Manage M&A People cross-functional workstream from diligence to onboarding.
• Develop playbooks and processes to support M&A recruiting.
• Enhance candidate experience through events and onboarding.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and navigate sensitive situations.
• Conduct post-mortem reviews for continuous improvement.

We're Seeking:

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 4 years in M&A program management.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse stakeholders.
