This role is based in San Francisco or SF Bay Area remote, utilizing a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.
Compensation:
$216K – $240K + Offers Equity
Responsibilities:
- Lead the M&A People XFN workstream program, managing timelines and candidate experiences.
- Develop playbooks and processes to support increasing deal complexity.
- Enhance candidate experiences through events and onboarding customizations.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and navigate sensitive situations.
- Conduct post-mortem retrospectives for continuous improvement.
We're Seeking:
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including 4 years in M&A program management.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication abilities tailored for diverse stakeholders.
