Program Manager, Human Data -Strategic Initiatives

This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$240K – $310K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and execute high-impact initiatives to strengthen OpenAI’s data ecosystem.
  • Act as an executional extension of leadership, driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Lead commercial and strategic execution, managing partner conversations.
  • Bridge strategy and delivery by translating complex goals into actionable programs.
  • Optimize and unblock systems through lightweight processes and dashboards.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis and dashboard creation.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and solve complex problems.
