Program Manager, Automation and Optimization - Recruiting

This role is based in San Francisco, California.

Compensation:

$190K – $240K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Co-own the recruiting automation roadmap, prioritizing automation opportunities.
• Pilot and scale AI-first workflows, measuring ROI.
• Build lightweight automations and dashboards as needed.
• Streamline processes across tools like Ashby, Juicebox, and Airtable.
• Measure and report impact to Recruiting leadership.

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years in Recruiting Operations or HR Tech.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Airtable).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and SQL.
• Ability to collaborate with technical partners and drive change adoption.
