Program Manager, Alignment

This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$162K – $240K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Own logistics and execution for alignment events.
• Support third-party collaborations and manage operational needs.
• Help incubate and manage external collaborations.
• Provide recruiting support for alignment ecosystem hiring.
• Support compute management processes for the team.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in program management or related fields.
• Ability to drive complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams.
• Familiarity with the AI safety/alignment ecosystem.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience supporting fellowships or external partnerships is a plus.
