Product Policy - Data Scientist

This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and requires being in the office three days per week.

Compensation:

$325K – $405K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research to improve product decisions and user experience.
• Lead end-to-end research projects and present findings to senior leadership.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in user experience research or market research.
• Deep expertise in mixed-methods research with strong qualitative and quantitative skills.
