Product Marketing Manager, ChatGPT Consumer

This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$245K – $315K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and capabilities within ChatGPT.
  • Collaborate with product and research teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-centric messaging.
  • Leverage market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and identify growth opportunities.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns, content, and materials that grow engagement, adoption and revenue.
  • Analyze product usage data and user feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve user experience.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in consumer or product marketing, with a strong focus in technology.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and the ability to articulate their value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Proven track record of successful product launches and campaigns that drive adoption and revenue.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
