Product Manager, Self-Serve Business Growth Lead

This role is based in San Francisco.

Compensation:

$347K – $385K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Define product strategy for self-serve business growth.
• Identify high-impact product opportunities to enhance team adoption and retention.
• Collaborate with product teams to prioritize growth opportunities.
• Use analytics and customer insights to inform strategy.
• Mentor a growing team of PMs.

Requirements:

• Experience in product-led growth for B2B or SaaS products.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience with team-based or collaboration products.
