Compensation:
$347K – $385K + Offers Equity
Responsibilities:
- Define product strategy for self-serve business growth.
- Identify high-impact product opportunities to enhance team adoption and retention.
- Collaborate with product teams to prioritize growth opportunities.
- Use analytics and customer insights to inform strategy.
- Mentor a growing team of PMs.
Requirements:
- Experience in product-led growth for B2B or SaaS products.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with team-based or collaboration products.
