About the Role:

Lead subscriber activation and retention for ChatGPT’s consumer subscriptions, shaping the onboarding experience and introducing new premium features.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategy and roadmap for subscriber onboarding, activation, and retention.
  • Define positioning and monetization of new capabilities for paid users.
  • Scope and launch new subscription offerings.
  • Ensure a high-quality user experience across the subscriber journey.
  • Utilize data and user research to enhance subscriber outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product teams to foster durable subscriber engagement.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in growth or subscription products.
  • Experience in improving activation, engagement, or retention at scale.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
