Product Manager, Personalization

This position is based in San Francisco, utilizing a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$325K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development and implementation of AI features.
• Convert user feedback into product requirements.
• Utilize data to understand user needs.
• Collaborate with research, product design, and engineering teams.

Requirements:

• 7-10+ years of product management experience or startup experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• Experience shipping products in a technical environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with LLM research.
