This position is based in San Francisco, CA, with relocation assistance available.

Compensation:

$293K – $325K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Set the product strategy for Family experiences across OpenAI products.
  • Identify user needs and turn them into high-impact product opportunities.
  • Build experiences that balance usefulness, simplicity, trust, safety, and accessibility.
  • Define success metrics and use data and research to guide roadmap decisions.
  • Partner cross-functionally to execute quickly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of product management experience leading large-scale consumer or platform products.
  • Experience building for parents, families, or in trust-sensitive products.
  • Strong product judgment and ability to simplify complex problems.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical teams and ship high-quality products.
  • Analytical, user-focused, and an excellent cross-functional communicator.
  • Passion for using AI to improve everyday life.
