Product Manager, Core Identity

This position is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$293K – $325K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Build core user account and authentication experiences for OpenAI products.
• Translate identity needs across OpenAI’s product suite into prioritized product requirements.
• Define and track metrics for adoption, reliability, and security posture.
• Build tools for secure integrations with third-party services.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of product management or related industry experience, ideally in identity or security products.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and execution skills in cross-functional environments.
