Compensation:

$293K – $325K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Develop the strategy and roadmap for ChatGPT and Codex app ecosystem experiences.
  • Build and ship high-quality first-party app experiences.
  • Collaborate with partners to create app experiences that solve user workflows.
  • Define product foundations and quality standards for a trusted app ecosystem.
  • Lead cross-functional execution across various teams.
  • Use insights to prioritize the roadmap and improve post-launch performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience in building consumer or enterprise product experiences.
  • Technical fluency with MCPs, APIs, SDKs.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in fast-moving product areas.
  • Commitment to user trust, safety, and privacy.
