Compensation:
$325K – $405K/year + Offers Equity
Responsibilities:
- Define strategic priorities and roadmap for improving model behavior for API users.
- Collaborate with research and engineering teams to translate goals into model capability improvements.
- Launch OpenAI’s frontier models in the API.
- Develop methodologies for evaluating and tuning model behavior.
- Synthesize user research and feedback into targeted improvements.
- Establish metrics reflecting model quality and user experience.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management or related experience.
- Experience with high-growth startups.
- Proven track record of building for developers.
- Hands-on experience in ambiguous spaces.
- Strong communication skills across diverse teams.
