Product Manager, API Infrastructure

This role is based in San Francisco, CA, with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$325K – $347K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an enterprise data control plane for secure data access and management.
  • Drive product strategy for safety controls, privacy features, and API cost visibility.
  • Build data governance capabilities including retention, encryption, and audit logs.
  • Lead development of access control models and admin tooling.
  • Oversee usage metering and budgeting tools for predictable API costs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in security, privacy, or data infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and access controls.
  • Ability to work across security, legal, and engineering domains.
  • Excellent communication skills and systems thinking.
