Product Designer

This role is based in San Francisco.

Compensation:

$347K – $385K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and product direction of OpenAI products for science.
• Design and ship high-quality products from concepts to prototypes.
• Engage in user research to refine products based on insights.
• Help establish design culture and grow the team.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in shipping large-scale software products.
• Strong UX, UI, and interaction design skills.
• Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and shape them into a clear product vision.
