Product Designer, Consumer Ads Experience

This role is based in San Francisco.

Compensation:

$207K – $295K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Define the vision for an AI-native advertising experience.
• Design advertising formats that integrate seamlessly into the ChatGPT experience.
• Build new advertising products from the ground up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define new ad surfaces and workflows.
• Create user-facing controls for ad personalization and manage campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design.
• Experience with consumer products, ads, and monetization.
• Proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows.
