Product Designer, Codex

This role is based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$180K – $230K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the overall design and product direction of OpenAI products.
• Design and ship high-quality products and improvements, from early concepts to high-fidelity prototypes and visuals.
• Partner closely with engineering, product management, research, and design peers.
• Engage in user research to refine products for software developers.
• Help establish design culture and grow the team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience shipping larger scale software products.
• Strong UX, UI, and interaction design skills.
• Experience in 0 -> 1 environments and navigating ambiguity.
