This role is based in San Francisco.

Compensation:

$245K – $310K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with product, engineering, research, and go-to-market teams to define and build new tools and experiences.
  • Design scalable solutions for complex systems, particularly in B2B or developer-facing domains.
  • Create clear artifacts that guide decision-making and execution.
  • Navigate ambiguity and help define the problem space.
  • Contribute to a collaborative design culture valuing speed and craftsmanship.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience designing digital products.
  • Background in B2B software or developer platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams in technical domains.
  • Familiarity with Figma and modern design systems.
  • Willingness to relocate to San Francisco or New York.
