Compensation:
$245K – $310K/year + Offers Equity
Responsibilities:
- Partner with product, engineering, research, and go-to-market teams to define and build new tools and experiences.
- Design scalable solutions for complex systems, particularly in B2B or developer-facing domains.
- Create clear artifacts that guide decision-making and execution.
- Navigate ambiguity and help define the problem space.
- Contribute to a collaborative design culture valuing speed and craftsmanship.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience designing digital products.
- Background in B2B software or developer platforms is a plus.
- Experience with cross-functional teams in technical domains.
- Familiarity with Figma and modern design systems.
- Willingness to relocate to San Francisco or New York.
