Compensation:
$347K – $385K/year + Offers Equity
Responsibilities:
- Lead design and shape product direction across OpenAI’s Foundational Systems.
- Manage and grow a team of product designers.
- Drive consistency and alignment across complex systems.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing product design teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design.
- Experience with technical, cross-functional products.
