This role will be based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.

Compensation:

$198K – $260K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Design research strategies for organizational health and employee experience.
  • Conduct analyses for high-stakes People processes.
  • Apply statistical modeling and machine learning to inform program design.
  • Partner with teams to define data requirements and improve data quality.
  • Build scalable people science infrastructure and develop research playbooks.
  • Communicate findings through concise narratives.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in research design and statistical modeling.
  • Proficiency in R or Python and SQL.
  • Experience with complex datasets and measurement systems.
  • Ability to communicate complex methods clearly to diverse audiences.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with AI-assisted workflows and evaluation methods.
  • Advanced degree in relevant fields; PhD preferred.
