This role will be based in San Francisco, CA with a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week.
Compensation:
$198K – $260K + Offers Equity
Responsibilities:
- Design research strategies for organizational health and employee experience.
- Conduct analyses for high-stakes People processes.
- Apply statistical modeling and machine learning to inform program design.
- Partner with teams to define data requirements and improve data quality.
- Build scalable people science infrastructure and develop research playbooks.
- Communicate findings through concise narratives.
Requirements:
- Strong background in research design and statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in R or Python and SQL.
- Experience with complex datasets and measurement systems.
- Ability to communicate complex methods clearly to diverse audiences.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with AI-assisted workflows and evaluation methods.
- Advanced degree in relevant fields; PhD preferred.
