About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Partner Marketing Lead to scale our global partner marketing programs across the B2C and B2B growth partnership ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Own and scale global partner marketing strategy, designing and leading effective co-marketing programs.
- Serve as the lead marketing counterpart to strategic partners and ensure alignment across internal stakeholders.
- Support partnerships pre-deal, leading end-to-end go-to-market strategy for key partnerships.
- Define performance frameworks, setting clear KPIs and optimizing programs for maximum impact.
- Build and scale a best-in-class partner marketing function globally.
- Lead global-to-local execution, adapting campaigns across regions while maintaining brand integrity.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in partner marketing or related roles.
- Proven track record in building and scaling partner marketing programs globally.
- Strong communication skills and experience working cross-functionally in fast-moving environments.
- Data-driven mindset with project management and organizational skills.
- People management experience.
