This role is based in San Francisco.

Compensation:

$230K – $335K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the operational leader for new hardware introductions and production ramps.
  • Define operating models and align cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Drive overall NPI build readiness and lead transition activities to mass production.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Operations, Engineering, or Program Management within hardware development.
  • Proven track record leading complex hardware NPI programs.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
