Compensation:
$230K – $335K/year + Offers Equity
Responsibilities:
- Act as the operational leader for new hardware introductions and production ramps.
- Define operating models and align cross-functional stakeholders.
- Drive overall NPI build readiness and lead transition activities to mass production.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Operations, Engineering, or Program Management within hardware development.
- Proven track record leading complex hardware NPI programs.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
