About the Role:

As an Operations Enablement Program Manager, you will build and scale operational systems that support human review and safety workflows, ensuring effective operations that can scale with increasing demands.

Responsibilities:

  • Own capacity planning across workflows, including staffing models and forecasting.
  • Define human review strategy balancing automation and support.
  • Drive launch readiness and operational rollout planning.
  • Monitor operational efficiency across workflows.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to scale operations.

  • Have 5+ years managing vendor performance with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Can operate between strategy and execution, turning ambiguous problems into clear systems.
